§ Angela EagleThe procedures for appointing ACRE or any other Non-Departmental Public Body are set out in theDETR Non-Departmental Public Bodies Sponsorship Handbook, a copy of which is in the House of Commons Library. Members of ACRE are appointed by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions following agreement by the Secretary of State for Scotland, the Secretary of State for Wales and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
