To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport how many meetings Ministers in his Department have had with BSkyB since 1 February; and on what matters. [54394]

Mr. Chris Smith

Since 1 February DCMS Ministers have met BSkyB on four occasions, covering a range of broadcasting and related issues. In addition, representatives of BSkyB along with other industry players attended the European Audiovisual Conference in Birmingham on 6 April which I attended.
