§ Mr. BoatengThe total purchasing pilot project has been independently evaluated by a research consortium led by Professor Nick Mays of the King's Fund. An interim report covering the period October 1995 to March 1997 was published by the King's Fund on 7 July 1998 and a final report covering the period up to March 1998 is expected to be published by January 1999.
