§ Lord McIntosh of HaringeyThere has already been a significant increase in visitors. One of the objectives of the Memorial Committee's proposals is to provide an opportunity to disperse those visitors in ways which respect the environment. An environmental impact assessment is being commissioned and this will examine a range of visitor numbers.
