To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department on what date the presenting officer's Unit in his Department received the papers from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office relating to immigration appeal GV100/46408/AP; and if he will make a statement. [54279]

The explanatory statement was sent from the British High Commission, Islamabad, on 5 February. It was received within my Department on 17 February, it was processed and forwarded to the Immigration Appellate Authority on 7 April for the appeal to be listed.
