§ Mr. Rooker[holding answer 30 July 1998]: The Government's role is to provide accurate, unbiased, up-to-date and understandable information on the basis of which people can make their own informed choices about what they eat. This Department will continue to provide such information, and in doing so will emphasise the importance of a varied and balanced diet.
