§ Mr. MorleyThe Department is working towards the target announced in the White Paper "A New Deal for Transport", that all headquarters buildings and main buildings occupied by Executive Agencies should have green transport plans by March 1999 and all other key buildings by March 2000.
A new, small unit is being set up specifically to deal with the co-ordination of the Department's greening operations, which will include the preparation of a Green Transport Plan. Work has already started on the plan for the Department's London offices.
