§ Ms Glenda JacksonMy Department has asked its property managers to prepare green transport plans and held a workshop to discuss what is involved. It has issued further internal guidance on green transport plan proposals for 1998–99 and drafted a site survey form for use in preparing a first plan, taking account of the experience with the earlier pilot studies. Good progress is being made. For example, DVLA has persuaded a local bus operator to improve services to its main site in Swansea.
