§ Mr. Mike O'BrienMy Department is working towards the target announced in the White Paper 'A New Deal for Transport', that all headquarters buildings and main buildings occupied by Executive Agencies should have green transport plans by March 1999, and all other key buildings by March 2000. These targets have been incorporated into my Department's Greening Operations Policy. The policy also includes the following aim: 851W
to minimise the impact of the Department's travel arrangements on the environment by reducing the level of unnecessary travel and encouraging those who have to travel to do so in a way that minimises the environmental impact".
