§ Mr. Paul MurphyThe Department is working towards the target announced in the White Paper "A New Deal for Transport", that all headquarters buildings and main buildings occupied by Executive Agencies and Government Offices should have transport plans by March 1999 and all other key buildings by March 2000. We have put in place an action plan for meeting this target and we are in the process of identifying the buildings for which transport plans will be prepared.
