§ Mr. MichaelThe Commission's first annual report was laid before Parliament on 20 July, and copies were placed in the Library. I welcome the report, and am pleased to note that the Commission is able to record a generally favourable reception to its openness, accessibility and independence, and of the thoroughness and professional competence of its case reviews.
