A Management Framework Agreement has recently been signed with five management consultancy firms: BDO Stoy Hayward, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young, PA Consulting Group and Pannell Kerr Forster. This will enable simpler and quicker tendering procedures saving time and money.
