Why passengers travelling by train from Europe to Kent are not allowed to disembark at Ashford International Station; and what arrangements are being made to enable passengers to disembark there. [HL3144]

Passengers travelling on Eurostar trains from continental Europe are permitted to disembark at Ashford International Station so long as it is a normal station stop for the train.
