§ Ms Estelle MorrisNationally, the Government have provided an additional £835 million for revenue purposes in 1998–99 over and above the previous Administration's plans and an additional £423 million for capital purposes. The table shows the capital and revenue allocations for 1997–98 and 1998–99 for Bradford. The allocations were wholly or partly subject to a bidding process except the education standard spending assessment.
