§ Mr. MilburnDuring the period 15 May 1997 to 31 March 1998, 91 per cent. of questions tabled for answer on a named day were given substantive answers on that day. Of the small minority not answered on the named day, 90 per cent. were answered within one week and 98 per cent. within four weeks.
