§ Mr. StrawThe Welsh Language Board asked the Home Office to prepare a draft scheme in September 1996. A number of consultations have taken place with the Welsh Language Board on working drafts of the scheme since then.
The Welsh Language Board has seen and commented on the most recent working drafts and a final version of the scheme is currently in development for submission to the Welsh Language Board for approval.
