All civil nuclear material held in the United Kingdom is subject to Euratom safeguards and to the terms of the United Kingdom—Euratom—IAEA safeguards agreement of 6 September 1976—IAEA INFCIRC 263.

The nuclear facilities in the United Kingdom, as defined in Article 92.1 of INFCIRC 263, are:
