§ Mr. SpellarNETMA, the NATO Eurofighter and Tornado Management Agency, represents the interests of the Governments participating in these collaborative programmes. Norway has a requirement to replace her F5 aircraft and is currently evaluating Eurofighter and F16 as possible replacements. Norway may wish to participate in the Eurofighter programme by becoming a member of the NATO Agency. It is for Norway to decide what best meets her requirements.
