To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what the United Kingdom's financial contribution will be to the running costs of the International Criminal Court. [53888]

No budget for the Court has yet been set so it is not possible to say what financial contribution will fall to the United Kingdom.

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs who will appoint(a) the prosecutor and (b) the judges of the International Criminal Court. [53889]

Mr. Tony Lloyd

Both the Prosecutor and the Judges of the International Criminal Court will be elected by the members of the Assembly of States Parties to the Statute.
