To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) if he will publish the letter from the hon. Member for Edinburgh, South (Mr. Griffiths) to the Permanent Secretary of his Department in which the hon. Member warned him about sabotaging some of his work; [52499]

(2) if he will publish the letter of apology written by his Department's Permanent Secretary to the hon. Member for Edinburgh, South (Mr. Griffiths). [52501]
