HC Deb 30 July 1998 vol 317 c437W
Mrs. Dunwoody

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions if the ownership of the south-east of England airports will be considered as part of his Department's work on the aviation White Paper. [54523]

Ms Glenda Jackson

The question of the three main London airports being under the same ownership was raised by the Environment, Transport and Regional Affairs Committee in its report this week on Regional Air Services. The Government will be addressing this point as part of their response to Parliament in the normal way.
