§ Mr. MilburnOn Thursday 23 July 1998, my right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State announced the establishment of an independent review of the investigation by Plymouth Hospitals National Health Service Trust into concerns raised about Mr. Joe Rahamim and the thoracic surgical services at the trust. The membership of the review team, its remit and its terms of reference will be announced shortly.
