§ Mr. DewarI announced on 8 April 1998,Official Report, column 241, that we would review the legislation relating to the Environment Agency for England and Wales and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, with a view to identifying any barriers preventing the Agencies from taking an integrated approach to the environment. We are issuing the relevant consultation paper today. We are sending it to a wide range of bodies, and publishing it on the Internet.
