§ Angela EagleOur consultation paper,Less Waste More Value, invited views on whether the waste management industry has the necessary capabilities to develop the full range of facilities that will be required in the future (including materials recycling facilities). Consultees have until 25 September to respond. It is for the operators of these facilities themselves to reach a judgment of how effective they are.
