§ Lord Williams of MostynThe figure of 80 million given in col. 952 is a rounded figure relating to total passenger arrivals in 1997 from outside the Common Travel Area. It includes the 11 million non-European Economic Area (EEA) nationals admitted. The available data for the years requested, and 1997, are given in the table.
