§ The Prime MinisterWe have raised individual human rights cases with the Chinese authorities repeatedly and at the highest levels. These have included the case of the child identified by the Dalai Lama as the 11th Panchen Lama. I will press these cases, as well as wider human rights concerns, during my visit.
