To ask the Prime Minister (1) if he will place in the Library the recent report on the hon. Member for Edinburgh, South (Mr. Griffiths) as a Minister prepared by the Permanent Secretary of the DTI; [52500]

(2) when he received the report on the competence and efficiency of the hon. Member for Edinburgh, South (Mr. Griffiths) as a Minister prepared by the Permanent Secretary of the DTI; and if he will place a copy in the Library. [52502]
