Dr. John Cunningham[holding answer 23 July 1998]: Attendance at the seminars on the Rural England White Paper was by invitation only. A list showing the dates and locations of the seminars, along with lists of delegates invited, including details of the organisations they represented, have been placed in the Library of the House.
Numerous other meetings were held in relation to the White Paper, "Rural England". These were attended by a range of organisations representing a cross section of rural interests. It is not possible to provide the detailed information requested about the attendance and location of these meetings without disproportionate cost.
