§ Mr. Ian McCartneyAs indicated in the Government's memorandum to the Trade and Industry Committee (paragraph 20 of fifth special report published by the Committee on 14 April 1998), the arrangements for setting the Government's financial return from the Post Office are being addressed during the review which was announced by my right hon. Friend on 6 April. We hope to announce our proposals in the Autumn.
