§ Mr. HainTraffic predictions made in 1988 were based on the National Road Traffic Forecasts (NRTF) (Great Britain) 1984. From 1989 to 1997 they were based on the 1989 version of NRTF. Predictions from 1997 are based on the 1997 NRTF.
