§ Mr. Nigel GriffithsSecure racks are provided for all my Department's staff who come to work in the Victoria area by bicycle—some 4 per cent. of them do, I am glad to report.
The prohibition on leaving bicycles outside 1 Victoria Street is in place for security reasons—among which is the proximity of the building to this House.
