§ Mr. Andrew Smith[holding answer 13 July 1998]: I and all my Ministers have e-mail addresses through which hon. Members and the public can contact us. These addresses are published on DCMS' website (www.culture.gov.uk). Around 60 members of my staff can also be contacted in the same way.
