§ Mr. Ian McCartney[holding answer 22 July 1998]: The views expressed in the responses to the consultation exercise on the draft regulations have been taken into account in finalising the regulations. These will be laid before Parliament before the recess.
Many respondents also asked for some issues to be clarified in the accompanying guidance. This will be published in the Summer.
