§ Mr. RookerIt is hoped that the ACMSF Working Group will be able to begin its work shortly. No timetable is being imposed on the Group for completing its work. The ACMSF will report as quickly as possible, commensurate with the need to tackle the question thoroughly and subject to the constraints imposed by the Committee's wider work programme.
