§ Mr. HainMy strategy for further education in Wales is inextricably linked to our lifelong learning proposals set out in our Green Paper 'Learning Is For Everyone' (LIFE), on which we are consulting. Together, the outcome of the LIFE consultation and the work of the Education and Training Action Group (ETAG) will help shape the future of post-16 learning in Wales.
