§ Angela EagleWe do not hold any central Departmental record of the educational qualifications for staff. However, for the headquarters element of the Department, the personnel database records that 140 members of staff have a science degree and we estimate that 41 per cent. of these staff may be using their degree in their current post. Further information could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
