§ Mr. SpellarOver the next four years, estimated receipts from the disposal of MOD land and buildings amount to £700 million, including £200 million in the current year. Year by year breakdowns for future years are not yet available. Disposals over the last three years amounted to £75 million, £180 million and £140 million respectively.
Receipts from the sales of equipment, spares and munitions over the last three years have amounted to some £80 million per annum. This level is expected to be maintained over the next four years.
