§ The Prime Minister[holding answer 15 July 1998]No. Since taking office, my noble and learned Friend the Lord Advocate, in his independent role as prosecutor, has fully reviewed the evidence relating to the Lockerbie case. He concluded that, on the evidence available, it would be right to pursue the petition warrants against the two Libyan accused.
