To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will give details and dates of occasions when(a) the Welsh Development Agency, (b) the Development Board for Rural Wales and (c) the Land Authority for Wales have sought consent either before the event or retrospectively for land development acquisitions and deals without planning permission; and if he will make a statement.
