§ Mr. Ron Davies[holding answer 13 July 1998]: My Department has no plans at present to communicate routinely with Members of Parliament and the public by electronic means, although external e-mail facilities will be available later this year. The Department will use whatever form of communication is appropriate to suit particular circumstances.
