§ Mrs. Roche[holding answer 14 July 1998]: Neither A and M Paper, Skelmersdale, nor Kimberley Clark, Barrow-in-Furness, has received any aid from Government and Government Agencies in the past year. Proctor and Gamble, Trafford Park, has been offered a DTI grant but the amount is still Commercial in Confidence. English Partnerships could also provide up to £3 million, and Manchester TEC up to £1 million in assistance if specific criteria are met.
