§ Mr. George HowarthThe Government's drug strategy set out in the White Paper "Tackling Drugs to Build a Better Britain" gives Drug Action Teams the responsibility for drawing up action plans in the light of local circumstances and for identifying and allocating resources to match priority aims and actions for their areas. Guidance for Drug Action Teams on drawing up their action plans will be issued later this year.
