§ Mr. Tony LloydWe have very good relations with the Windward Islands. We maintain permanent representation in three of them. Our support for their banana industries is well known. Political agreement of a revised EU banana regime, which is compatible with WTO rules but also recognises Caribbean concerns, was an important UK achievement during our Presidency.
