§ Mr. RaynsfordOur consultation paper 'Improving local financial accountability' invited views on whether there is a case to change the council tax. The deadline for responses was 1 June. We have received a number of representations about the council tax bands. We are considering these and will set out our conclusions in a White Paper this summer.
