§ Mrs. LiddellThe planned legislation to reform the structure of financial services regulation will provide for the Financial Services Authority to assume responsibility for all aspects of the regulation of insurance companies.
The Treasury is currently considering responses to the consultation document issued on 7 April on the regulation of insurance brokers and other intermediaries.
