§ Dr. HowellsI welcome the initiative taken by the three higher education institutions in Cornwall to form a new partnership to develop plans for improving the quality and range of higher education opportunities in Cornwall in conjunction with other interested bodies in the region. The first stage will be an assessment of the likely level of future demand for higher education opportunities in Cornwall.
