§ Mrs. Beckett[holding answer 3 July 1998]: The government are considering the detailed implementation of the Low Pay Commission's recommendation on taking accommodation into account as an offset towards payment of the minimum wage, and will make their approach clear in the draft regulations on which we have made a commitment to consult.
