§ Ms Glenda Jackson[holding answer 6 July 1998]: The public inquiry into the proposed development at Otterburn took place in April 1997. Because this has been 479W a large and complex inquiry, the Inspector's report has taken some time to produce but should be available later this Summer. The Secretary of State will consider the report and announce his decision as quickly as possible thereafter.
