To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment what was the education standard spending assessment adjusted for local government reorganisation and nursery vouchers(a) 1992–93, (b) 1993–94, (c) 1994–95, (d) 1995–96, (e) 1996–97, (f) 1997–98 and (g) 1998–99 for Hereford and Worcester local education authorities (i) in cash terms and (ii) at 1998–99 prices. The table sets out the education SSA for Hereford and Worcester local education authority for each year since 1992–93 in cash terms and in 1998–99 prices. The table also sets out in cash and real terms the year-on-year changes after allowing for local authority changes of function, including nursery vouchers.
