§ Mr. MichaelOn 10 June we announced a period of consultation on all the recommendations in "Speaking up for Justice", the report of the Working Group on Vulnerable or Intimidated Witnesses. We will take action as quickly as possible to improve the way vulnerable or intimidated witnesses are treated in the criminal justice system in the light of comments received during the consultation period.
